The code will be sent directly to your email. The code can only be issued once and is for one activation only. It will be linked to your AppleID or your Google Store ID.

The Bluff Clinic Medical Passport app (Free) is based on the Dr. Passport app (¥840). For more information on using the app, please refer to the Dr. Passport web manual.
Please note that:
1. Unlike Dr. Passport, input language cannot be changed after setting it and activating Bluff Clinic Medical Passport.
2. Once an ID has been used to activate the app, even if the app is deleted from that device that ID cannot be reused.
